Tigh Na Mara Anguilla Villa Rental

The Villa is magnificent! The view; you walk down the stairs right onto the secluded beach where my kids played every morning and evening with no one else around as I sat in a beautiful spot nestled in the trees watching them enjoy the waves; the infinity pool overlooking the ocean; having delicious meals prepared for us each night outside by the pool; high ceilings; beautiful furniture; romantic balconies; hideaway spaces furnished beautifully surrounded by greenery; beautiful front patio space in the garden; crazy fun playground for kids; incredible bedrooms; I could go on and on!

The staff are delightful, helpful, caring, the meals were absolutely delicious and the house is kept imppecably clean and is so very well maintained. You can tell no expense is spared!

My friends and I stayed at Beaches Edge for my 60th birthday. Beaches Edge could not have been more perfect! Upon our arrival Henrique and Lillian were waiting at the villa to show us around and answer questions we might have. The champagne we asked for was chilled and waiting to sip along with chips & salsa. That sent the tone for the week. Lillian came daily to take care of the house and any little extra we might need, she was lovely! Henrique checked in and was available whenever we had questions. The views are incredible and every room is clean and comfortable. Beaches Edge has everything you need to have a good time, from board games, corn hole, pool float to a kitchen stocked with every gadget for cooking. The only thing missing in the villa is a bluetooth sound system. We planned ahead and brought our speakers, so it was not an issue.. Honestly, being on Anguilla was the perfect reset, we left feeling calm and grounded. Everyone was happy, humble, kind and helpful including the Beaches Edge team! We cannot wait to go back!

The villa was not only extremely well designed and contained more features than we anticipated (retractable shutters, distributed audio throughout the house, two pools, spacious rooms and a home theater really enhanced our stay), it was situated in a perfectly central location with an amazing view and easy access to all of the beaches and restaurants. What really impressed us, however, was that Flo was so gracious and accommodating. When we arrived at the house, Flo and Marquelah greeted us with scented cold face towels and delicious rum punch while Vernon carried our luggage to the rooms we selected. Then Flo showed us the well-stocked fridge filled with all the staples (eggs, bread, milk, etc.) along with fresh fruit, Coronas and a very good bottle of single malt scotch (wow!). Totally unexpected. We thought this was over the top until we received a daily morning delivery of a variety of fresh pastries that were always warm and scrumptious. Flo and Vernon also helped us with restaurant recommendations and reservations as well as advice on the best beaches, shopping and places to visit. Flo and the property owner David were also very responsive to our texts and emails whenever we needed something, always offering help in any way possible.

Although this is a very large property suitable for big families, my partner and I rented just for us and we are so glad we did. The amenities, location, and attention and service of the house are wonderful. David was extremely kind and easy to work with. He shared our excitement for returning to Anguilla for the first time since Covid. As this was our fifth time to the island since 2014, we absolutely love and value this country and it’s people. Everyone is always so friendly and happy to hear of returning visitors. David’s team who welcomed us, led by Florivia, were warm and inviting and fun to chat with. The welcome snacks and drinks were a delight after the travel day. We were able to ease our way into our island routine with full bellies! Florivia was truly delightful to interact with during the week and she was always responsive and kind when we had questions.
